I’ve followed Zach for a long time, he’s authentic, knowledgeable, and produces awesome content. This podcast does not disappoint, it’s incredible. Quickly becoming one of my favorite. From nutrition, fitness, mental health, they go deep, they get real, and they always have scientific evidence to back it up. Give it a try, you’ll be hooked.
