Just started the flexible diet a few months ago and love learning more and the details you have in each podcast. Also appreciate that the podcasts aren’t 90 min long. Straight to the point.

It’s been such a game changer for me discovering Zach and this podcast! The way he breaks down how food (ALL types!!) and fitness are attainable and you can use the two together to create results you want without being restricted has been so empowering and freeing. Can’t recommend it enough!

I am a college student studying exercise science and nutrition, but even the stuff I already knew/heard about was still interesting to hear again or hear it in a different way/from a different perspective! Absolutely love these podcasts and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Zach and Miguel are both very good hosts who want the best for their audience and are genuinely passionate about helping people.
