I’ve been into nutrition and fitness for about 3 years now, and really understanding nutrition/macros/micros for about a year. I’ve done a lot of my own research in addition to listening to pretty solid YouTubers related to it. This podcast is the structured, organized, clear, and simple way to convey the information I already knew. I love it because it’s always a reminder to myself. It’s a great way to learn (because I’m still learning).
