Love Zach and this podcast!
I’ve been following Zach on Instagram since early 2016. It’s been so amazing to watch his account and brand grow over the years. This podcast is super helpful for beginners but also has good reminders for those more advanced with their nutrition and fitness. I love that he includes science backed data but also intersperses life lessons to add value to the podcast. You’re not just listening to someone spew data at you. You’re learning how to apply the science in your everyday life that is sustainable for you and helps you achieve your goals. Highly recommend!
