Great podcast
Zach and Miguel are both very good hosts who want the best for their audience and are genuinely passionate about helping people. They take on challenging topics and use relatable analogies to explain them while referencing current literature to back up their claims. They debunk lots of misconceptions in the fitness/nutrition industry, and help us to understand how we can best implement flexible dieting in our life to improve our relationship with food and fuel our training. Highly recommend!

It’s been such a game changer for me discovering Zach and this podcast! The way he breaks down how food (ALL types!!) and fitness are attainable and you can use the two together to create results you want without being restricted has been so empowering and freeing. Can’t recommend it enough!
