Great podcast
Zach and Miguel are both very good hosts who want the best for their audience and are genuinely passionate about helping people. They take on challenging topics and use relatable analogies to explain them while referencing current literature to back up their claims. They debunk lots of misconceptions in the fitness/nutrition industry, and help us to understand how we can best implement flexible dieting in our life to improve our relationship with food and fuel our training. Highly recommend!

Such an easy pod cast to listen to that actually drops some freaking amazing knowledge on ya! These guys know their stuff and help put it in a way that is super relatable and easy to understand! Instead of just preaching how you should eat they explain the actual science behind things!!
