These topics are amazing. All the questions I’ve had over the years (that the internet just makes that much more confusing) are answered here...In a super down to earth way. I’ve been counting macros since early December and have listened to every single episode to help keep me motivated. The topics are so good that, once i got caught up in episodes, I went back and listened to all of them again :) Love this podcast!!!

I’ve been following Zach on Instagram since early 2016. It’s been so amazing to watch his account and brand grow over the years. Wow I’ve been tracking macros for several months but am learning so much more from this podcast. I was going to skip the episode about how to track macros, but I am so glad I didn’t. Never knew about tracking raw meat vs cooked meat. This material is amazing.
