I’m a woman’s weight lifting coach and I’ve been following and listening to Zach for a little over a year. Everything he teaches is freakin GOLD. The biggest obstacle that my clients have when improving their diet is finding things that they will realistically eat for the long haul. I follow Zach on Instagram and noticed he finally started doing some podcasts about fitness/macros/nutrition over all. I enjoyed how Zach and Miguel gave a ton of helpful information but also made it easy for any beginner to follow. Thanks guys! Keep these episodes coming.
