I’m a woman’s weight lifting coach and I’ve been following and listening to Zach for a little over a year. Everything he teaches is freakin GOLD. The biggest obstacle that my clients have when improving their diet is finding things that they will realistically eat for the long haul. I’ve just binged listened to all these in the space of 2 weeks . I wish I had this info 9 years ago when I started my weightloss journey as it’s been a rollercoaster up and down over years . But I feel now with this amazing knowledge I’ll never become unstuck again .
