FINALLY! Nutritional information sourced from evidenced based science and medicine. They present facts and wade through and de-bunk popular diet fads, trends, junk science and get down to the nitty gritty of it - but in a way that is accessible and understandable for all. Zach and Miguel’s honesty and vulnerability is refreshing. They focus on the real life stuff that is at the root of it all - our relationship with food and how we perceive food. They establish a path not only to a healthy and positive relationship with food, but a sustainable lifestyle of eating healthy and enjoying it. This podcast has changed my mindset. Finally, I’m no longer “dieting. ” Food is no longer the enemy. Sustainability with healthy eating is possible. Thanks guys!

I have been through a life changing weight loss journey before but struggles with moderation. I cut out my favorite foods because they didn’t “fit” into my calorie goals. I have learned so much about moderation and a true lifestyle change from this podcast!
