It wasn’t until I started tracking my macros and learning from Zach all the types of food I can eat that I was mind blown and still reach my goals. I haven’t seen this much change in my body ever and I have been consistently lifting weights for about 2 years now. I am truly amazed I don’t have to eat chicken and broccoli everyday more power to you if you enjoy but that gets boring for me quick.
