I have been tracking my food and weighing my food for quite some time. It wasn’t until I started tracking my macros and learning from Zach all the types of food I can eat that I was mind blown and still reach my goals. I haven’t seen this much change in my body ever and I have been consistently lifting weights for about 2 years now. I am truly amazed I don’t have to eat chicken and broccoli everyday more power to you if you enjoy but that gets boring for me quick. My day is filled with nutrient dense delicious foods and people just ask me your not on a diet anymore and I say no diet I’m just living my best life 🤪

I have been through a life changing weight loss journey before but struggles with moderation. I cut out my favorite foods because they didn’t “fit” into my calorie goals. I have learned so much about moderation and a true lifestyle change from this podcast!
