What really stuck with me is that there are so many things women can do to improve their health and wellness in mid-life and beyond BUT you don’t have to or need to do everything. Find what works for you and fits into your lifestyle. You don’t have to be perfect. Doing anything is better than doing nothing at all. Focus on the process instead of the outcome!!
