No fads, no fuss, just intelligent advice
Scott Baptie’s advice deserves the widest possible platform as it could save so many people from fad diets, unrealistic expectations and maybe even body image problems. I imagine many marketeers in the fitness industry would beg to differ as this intelligent, sustainable approach completely debunks all cabbage soup diets and ‘get ripped in 6 weeks’ articles. The guests are great, the podcast are just the right length and crucially there’s none of the waffly intro ‘banter' that so many podcasters are guilty of. Keep up the great work, this deserves it’s own BBC show.Read full review »
