I drive to uni 3 days a week, it’s an hours drive. This podcast makes the journey fly by. I loved the episode about back pain (60 I think?!?), such brilliant information. We need more!

Did I really just listen to advice from a nutritionist that the hormones in cows milk might help your hangover?? And the host say that people who think cows milk is only for calves are talking nonsense? Wow.
