Needs to improve its research
It feels like this podcast is trying to plug a low carb diet and interviewing highly controversial people such as dr Aseem Malhotra. It puts me off listening to its other podcasts even if they are not diet related.

This programme is for people who are curious about food and how food can be a filter for different aspects of living. I love the serendipity and surprise from week to week and the back catalogue is fascinating. A must listen if you care about food and storytelling.
