The content varies and is always interesting: from chefs to ( unknown to me) countries and cultures, to the problems of feeding Syrian refugees with a strong food culture. I love them all! Great commentary and insightful interviews

Sheila Dillon is at the helm. Sadly Dan doesn’t cut it for me. No bite and rather bland. I do hope he’s not limbering up to take over. Also the latest episode about Avocados -if I hear the presenter say ‘WOW’ one more time…

I’m surprised you didn’t mention how black peoples were given the left over parts of food, which they then turned into the most wonder/marvelous foodstuffs, and some of the odd leftovers they were forced to deal with, collards, bean & rice, cornmeal became hush puppies, an easy way to quiet...Read full review »
