Love listening to this podcast! I learn so much as the information is so digestible. Would you considering doing a mini series on the origins and history of certain foods? Like the history of the tomato - where it came from in the world, how it was brought into todays society, Italian cuisine etc. Would be fascinating!!

As a language learner, this episode extends my lexicon. The pace of speaking is easy to follow. I also love the content because I am a foodie. Lol. Enjoy the bests of two world.
