having a part in crafting this groundbreaking series has been supremely gratifying. it has allowed me to expand my knowledge of who a jew is. our customs, beliefs, and backgrounds are not all eastern european, matzah balls, and klezmer music. all stories deserve to be seen and heard.

Beautifully told narrative of a millennia-old community destroyed. Heartbreaking- but also uplifting to hear the resilience of people who did not live as victims, but rather recreated their lives in Israel. Must listen!

These stories of Arab Jews often fleeing their homes under duress are largely untold. It is the duty of students of history and all who care about the immigrant and refugee experience to share these stories. Thank you to the podcast creators and guests for carrying this message.

This new podcast from AJC is truly wonderful and a must-listen! For far too long, these incredible stories have been left untold or buried in academic textbooks. Thank you AJC for shedding light on this important episode in modern history. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you are fed up with ‘fake news’ and you are interested in real facts and figures- this is the right place to be. The AJC podcast is highly recommended- it’s interesting, touches on timely issues and introduces great speakers.
