Not a cooking podcast, a food podcast. The pig one was sooooooo fascinating! Reminded me of when my brother told me about going into a room filled with pig faces destined for China in a meat processing plant. Cringeworthy yet intriguing. Totally draws you in!

Wow I love this. This is such a great concept, a podcst dedicated to food history and food science! Reminds me so much of Alton Brown's old show Good Eats on food network. Truly a great and interesting podcast. This will definitely become a staple.Read full review »
