Chris Nuttall-Smith digs into the history of everyday foods with interesting interviews and fun facts. Entertaining, well-paced broadcasts. You’ll want to binge the whole series. CBC is re-airing The Fridge Light in the summer of 2023. Don’t just reheat these leftovers, CBC! We want more!

It’s ironic that Chris Nuttall-Smith hosts a podcast about food & dining cuz this little twerp is exactly the kind of smarmy know-it-all guaranteed to ruin any dinner party. 🤮

The host and editors should be proud of this podcast, the host asks the right questions, the additional sounds only help the listener to immerse themselves into the subject. It’s as if Alton brown and Radiolab has a baby.
