Pleasure from start to finish
I wasn't sure what to expect from a podcast hosted by a former food critic (aren't they stuffy and judgmental?) but the pure curiosity and excitement that Chris Nuttall-Smith experiences delving deep into food topics every episode is SO charming, informative, and fun. I love the spotlights on the individual food producers/manufacturers/chefs etc., and being local to Toronto, love all of the references that I can recognize. Each episode inspires me to become more of a food explorer/adventurer. A pleasure!Read full review »

Wow I love this. This is such a great concept, a podcst dedicated to food history and food science! Reminds me so much of Alton Brown's old show Good Eats on food network. Truly a great and interesting podcast. This will definitely become a staple.Read full review »
