Great podcast
Another great offering from the Heritage Radio Network. It may be a little insider-y, but they invite distingueshed, thoughtful guests to engage in-depth discussions about the food and restaurant business.

These guys are providing thoughtful, in-depth analysis of a wide range of restaurant industry issues. Maybe not super compelling for the casual listener, but a must-listen for the industry insider.
