“These guys are providing thoughtful, in-depth analysis of a wide range of restaurant industry issues. Maybe not super compelling for the casual listener, but a must-listen for the industry insider. Hearing from both sides of the aisle makes for particularly interesting dialogues, and it doesn't hurt that Andrew's a super nice guy that I had the pleasure of meeting way back when he co-wrote the Chanterelle cookbook.
