Day 2: I am creating positive changes with ease and joy.  Today is a big day… you’re here. You are on day 2 of a new routine. Taking time for yourself in the day to create a positive intent, journal and meditate.  Today’s assignment is:  I’d like you to add in mindful movement to your routine. Preferably a walk. If you can get out in the am that’s fantastic, but any time of the day works as long as you do it, remember to do what’s easiest for you. Parking in the farthest spot at work, or getting a few minutes in during your lunch or break. Maybe it’s a new family ritual after work, do what works for you. When you’re on your walk, try practicing mindfulness. Maybe keep your music off for a few minutes and notice the sounds around you. Are there birds chirping, is the wind blowing? Does it feel amazing to have the sun shining on your face. Connect with the earth for a moment… breathe in, breathe out. Then notice your body, connect with each part of you, that got you here today. You can say, “I am grateful for all the places my legs have taken me.” or “My legs are getting stronger with every step, my lungs are getting stronger with every breath, my body & mind thank me for the movement I added in today.” “I am changing with ease and joy” Today’s journal prompt:  What are your towards motivations? Yesterday we visualized what Goddess meant to us, today we are continuing to dream…What are some of the habits Goddess you have? Now remember this is future you, not you from the past. We’re always evolving, we can’t go back. Thinking about the future you, healthy you, Goddess you, what is she wearing, is it her skinny jeans or maybe a dress you feel amazing in on date? What habits does she have to get there? Does she radiate health, confidence, happiness and beauty? Write down who you want to be, your towards motivations…. Now on the flip side, what are your away from motivations? What are your Away From Motivations?Is it low energy? Is it your little muffin top or frumpy clothes you just throw on? Maybe it’s the powerful negative self talk you have in your mind? Maybe it’s the habit of snacking on some unhealthy foods as your way to relax… etc These can be anything. A very important piece to note is, not talking in the negative. Towards shouldn’t say something like I won’t eat carbs, or I can’t have sugar. Our subconscious mind does not know how to pick out negatives. Practice stating things in the positive, you can do this by focusing on what you want instead… Example: Goddess me doesn’t eat carbs VS Goddess me chooses food that feels light, healthy and satisfying. Your night time journaling is easy and will remain the same now over the course of teh next 20 days…  Celebrate successes! Success journaling is so important. The more we notice or small daily successes the more successful we are. These can be super small, just celebrate the little things from today .Examples: 1. You showed up! 2. You got movement in and 3. You came to your daily intention a few times throughout the day. And if you want to add- 3 things you are grateful for.  Now on to today’s meditation:  I am creating positive changes with ease and joy.  Take a moment to settle in, releasing any tension in your body.  Your neck and shoulders, your back, your arms and wrists, hips, legs, fingers and toes. Unclench your jaw, relax your forehead, close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out…. I am creating positive changes with ease and joy.  I am ready to take inspired action creating the change , stepping into who I want to be I worthy I am deserving If other people can do it, so can I.  I am creating a unique path, just for me, one that is easy and effortless.  I am creating healthy habits each day.  Visualize yourself up ahead in time 21 days from now, a little lighter... Day 21: I am Goddess Take a minute to turn back in your journal and flip through.  I think just the fact that we allowed ourselves to dream and journal over these 21 days is amazing. Adding in mindfulness and meditation is all outstanding.  I feel like we have done alot to improve our self care...
