Hi everyone, this is Cristin Powers and this is The Goddess Way of Losing Weight.  This podcast is the audio version of my group coaching course. I am ready to change.  Every day you’ll get a daily intention.  Write your intention down. Write it on a sticky note and place it somewhere you'll see it. Examples: computer screen, bathroom mirror, planner page, journal.  Or write it on your chalkboard, white board, on top of today in your planner. The more you see it, the better. This helps us to check in, be mindful and just aware of our hopes, goals, dreams and intentionally go about our day.  Now grab your journal.  Each day we will have a journal exercise.  Today’s Journal Prompt: What does your best life (Goddess Life) look like to you? How does she feel?Take 3 deep breaths in and out and let it flow... Make sure to use some I am statements while doing this. So writing it as if it already holds true.  Tonight when you head to bed, write down 3 things you’re grateful for from today.  Now on to today's meditation.  Take a moment to settle in releasing tension in your neck and shoulders, your back and hips, your arm wrists, legs, ankles, fingers and toes, unclench your jaw, relax your forehead, close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out.  I am ready to change. I am ready to step into the next best version of me.  I am ready to be the next best version of health for me.  I am ready to take care of myself, love myself and my body.  My journey starts now.  Success for me starts now.  I am ready to check in with my body at every meal preparation.  I easily choose healthy foods.  I easily get movement each day.  I am easily reaching my health goals.  I can visualize myself 21 days from now with new habits and routines in place.  Today is my day.  Today is the beginning of a wonderful wellness journey.  I can do this, I am deserving of health, happiness and success.  I see myself up ahead in time, sitting her in the same place, healthy, happier, more at peace in my life, more at peace in my body, more at peace in my mind, more at peace around food.  I see myself starting each day with a nice glass of water mentally reciting my daily intention, today, I am ready to change.  I see myself drinking a lemon water mid-day to tune and remember my intention again, today: I am ready to change.  I see myself 21 days from now, feeling in alignment. Feeling on track, Healthy, happy and intentional.  Take a deep breath in and out.  I am ready to change.  I am ready to be the next best version of me I am ready to take care of myself, to love myself, and to treat my body and mind with love.  I am ready to change.  Take a moment to come back into today…Bringing your awareness back into the present moment. Bring your intention with you throughout the day… I am ready to change. Day 21: I am Goddess Take a minute to turn back in your journal and flip through.  I think just the fact that we allowed ourselves to dream and journal over these 21 days is amazing. Adding in mindfulness and meditation is all outstanding.  I feel like we have done alot to improve our self care...
