“Despite listening to Podcasts for years I never twigged there would be Kaiju podcasts out there until very recently. Being very niche there are only a handful of podcasts out there, and this is by far the best of the bunch. The others range from dull & dum up to well made but unfocused & super nerdy for everything from toys to comics.
The guys stay more focused on Kaiju and Godzilla in particular (duh) and use the movie playing in the background as a way to keep them on track and to prompt discussion. Its not a commentary track so much as an aide memoire. The guys keep it light and fun and the occasional f-bomb slips in to cheer my Scottish soul every now & then. The occasional guest shows up and can make for even better discussions, particularly when its the Godzilla expert. Worth a listen.”
