Christina has really hit the mark on fueling athletes for the long term. Great information that is needed for workouts & injury recovery. Balanced nutrition is clearly the key to a long healthy life. This podcast is full of great information for the gymnast and their entire family.

When it comes to gymnastics and my daughter I do the typical dad stuff like drive, ask how practice went, and support during meets. Since she listens to this in the car on the way to practice I get to listen to it now, too. I have learned a lot and it has opened up some great conversations.
