Not what you think it is
I'm not sure why, but even after reading the synopsis, I was expecting a scripted fictionalized episodic. Nope. This is as real as it gets and as compelling a podcast I've listened to in some time. Because the producers focus on the more nuanced elements of what happens when humans can't step outside the confines of a dome "the size of a two-car garage" for a full year, we are constantly surprised by each episode. Cool concept. Lacks the emotional depth that made podcasts compelling a couple years ago, but that might be the way these things are trending. A slight show that doesn’t stick with you beyond the last episode, but still better than commuting in silence this week.

that this whole experiment hasn’t been bigger news. I’ve just discovered this and shocked that it wasn’t a bigger story.
