Found Angela on Instagram this week. Looking to get my eating back on track and stop fad dieting, stop binge eating and reduce stress. I’m in perimenopause and the weight is piling on, sleep is terrible and finding it harder to deal with the stress of life. When I saw your easy meal prep videos I was captivated. I know I need to meal prep but the thought of everything from scratch and hours of work to get it done turns me off. Already doing reformer Pilates 2 days a week but listing to these podcasts has motivated me to get more walking in my routine and accidental movement. Thank you for sharing your expertise in a non judgemental way. Looking forward to listening to more of your podcasts. If I can be cheeky I’d love to hear about teenage (boys) kids lunch ideas.. I’m all out of steam and need some inspiration. I will be meal prepping some things for them when I do mine (spaghetti bolognaise) but they are hard customers to please !
