Excellent podcast with so much great information! Katie is great at presenting all of the information in a way that is easy to digest but is also very insightful. Each guest I’ve listened to has brought so much knowledge to the table!

This has been my go-to podcast for many years! There’s such depth of knowledge here that isn’t often found on other podcasts. A Perfect listen for this health conscious momma that also enjoys the science of things!
