Broaden your horizons, learn about djinn!
Listen and learn about ancient Islam culture, which westerners rarely get exposed to. I lived in the Arabian Gulf for a few years and often went camping in the desert. I remember one night, while sleeping in my tent, I kept hearing the sounds of screeching cats or something nearby, which I thought was odd because we were in the middle of nowhere. My Muslim friends' response after I told them about it the next day? Those were the local djinn, obviously. I loved hearing more about djinn in this first episode of the podcast. And I know that I have a qareen, as I've always felt it, despite never having heard of them before this podcast. Thank you for sharing this folklore with a western audience! Can't wait for the next podcast!Read full review »

Rabia Chaudhry is a fabulous narrator and story teller. Listen to it and decide for yourself. Highly recommend it if you love stories about other worlds, ghosts, space shifting, traveling through cosmos or spirits.
