“This podcast is a truly excellent find! HSP is such an interesting topic yet it is hardly ever talked about and little is known about it. This podcast helps HSPs to know they are not alone in their weird and wonderful traits. It has also help me to understand why I react to things in certain ways and provides snippets of advice for how to cope with some things that overwhelm me.
