Incredibly informative, funny and relevant.
I just adore this podcast. Even though history is in the title, I didn’t expect a food podcast to have so many long, fascinating tendrils into the whole history of the world. But that was my naive failure to really consider that food is about the people who make it. And people and their sordid adventures created our past and still shape our present. So this podcast is so informative and information dense while being interesting and binge-worthy. I adore it so much!

Deeply researched, the host weaves well organized, fascinating connections with food and every aspect of our world. I appreciate her geeky enthusiasm and extra points for very good production values.
