It covers a good amount of information in each episode, but never so much that it feels overwhelming: ideal for those who have never studied Roman history before and know next to nothing about it. Unlike other podcasts I've listened to, it doesn't get bogged down in marginally significant details - the narrative flows very well. “One small point; I really can't understand the why he pronounces 'Pleb' as it's 'Pleeeeb'. I was taught classical civilization by Paul Moreland, and 'Pleeebs' would have got me a thick ear!
