“I have listened to every episode of the H.P. Lovecraft Literary Podcast, and now I'm pointing my students to it. As a high school English teacher, I have tried my best (with occasional success) to do what Chris and Chad do effortlessly--model what strong readers do when they read. They provide artful summaries of the stories under discussion, take seriously what deserves serious attention, and mock what should be mocked. This is the only real "pedagogy" for teaching literary taste. I myself am learning as I listen, and will be incorporating certain of these podcasts into my classroom curriculum. Excellent work guys!
