Lived experience
As a 47 year old I recently took it upon myself to seek assistance, learn more, and treat my mental health in the same way I treated my physical health. An avid passionate sportsperson with cycling now my “go to “ sport I have lived with severe anxiety and depression since the age of 7. As part of my “stuff this, I’ve had enough of feeling this way “ moment, I went to one of Hugh’s talks in Adelaide. Looking forward to more from the podcast and keep up the great work Hugh. “ Dis” is a great way to keep the conversation and awareness moving . Well played
