Hugh, Josh and the guy with the great questions (😜), I’m so grateful for your podcasts. I listen every time an episode drops and sometimes I think the guest or heading may not be for me but every single time I am blown away by the vulnerability, the authenticity and the gems of wisdom dropped by...Read full review »

I am a die hard fan of this podcast so I am biased but this latest episode with Billy Slater is outstanding. As a born and bred country Victorian and now living in Melbourne, I haven’t given rugby much viewing. Billy Slater’s interview demonstrates what a special human being he is, and the...Read full review »

So grateful for your episodes - your ability to make me laugh and cry within the same episode. As a mother of a 17 yr old battling anorexia for 5 years I have learnt so much on MH. I am grateful too to be teaching in a new school that has just initiated the TRP. You guys are amazing!

I impatiently wait for each new episode to be uploaded. I love the topics, guests and authentic storytelling. It’s helped me so much to understand complex issues and to be more vulnerable in my own life

I love you guys and the way you give people the chance to tell their story. PLEASE get some discussion happening about the genocide occurring in Gaza. I can’t imagine a better group of people than you to humbly bear witness and allow stories to be heard.

Thanks so much for this episode. It was great to hear men talk about men’s violence against women. Please don’t make it an isolated chat. Gender inequality and men’s violence against women needs to be reflected in all conversations. We all need to think about how gender inequality and...Read full review »

Patiently waiting for this group of people to have a Palestinian person on to talk about what it feels like to be someone who is directly affected by the biggest current event in the world since the Vietnam war. If every person could show this vulnerability, introspection, curiosity, ability to admit to failure and fears, and laugh at one’s self and kindly with others, the world would be a better place. This makes gives me smiles, something to think about, and the occasional tear; all in the name of...Read full review »

Hey guys I have been listening to you all plus Dr Emm, from the beginning. I’ve tried to listen to this show a couple of times but it’s too silly for words, superficial doesn’t begin to describe it. If this is the level of intellectual discourse in Australia then we’re all doomed.

I generally really enjoy your podcast but I think your imperfect chat about men really missed the mark. It’s not time for men to “be aware of how women are feeling”. That ship has long sailed. Now is the time to call out men’s behaviour. Don’t tolerate degrading words or actions. If a man is...Read full review »

Loved seeing you guys had decided to tackle this subject and think it was a good start acknowledging the blind spots and the fear about saying the wrong thing. It would be great to hear a follow up after you have chatted to your mates how the conversation was met, did they engage or fob it off...Read full review »

It was an imperfect but absolutely necessary chat about men so thank you for trying (thanks to Penny!). Often conversations initiated by women on this topic are met with defensive responses by men. unfortunately, men are also more likely to listen to other men so this episode provides a good...Read full review »

Listening to latest episode you mention your wife repeatedly & issue from your wife’s point of view which is great but men’s violence is towards all women not just women you have a relationship with & can ‘relate to’. Later on in episode you mention it again ‘men talk to your wives’ A bit...Read full review »

As a GP myself, I greatly enjoyed this podcast and videos to you guys for highlighting such a complex and to an extent hidden women’s health issue. Big Clanger at the end when you describe her as “ just a GP” though. So many GPs are doing extraordinary work..

I love this podcast, especially the episodes with Dr Emily. However, Ryan’s rambling is irritating and monotonous. I sometimes find myself hitting the skip button when he speaks. Apart from this, it is a great podcast!

This podcast explores some deep and interesting topics with fantastic guests in a seemingly casual but obviously well researched interview style. The most refreshing part is when the hosts all talk about their time in therapy, thus normalising looking after mental well-being.

The content is generally good but they are currently leveraging that to sell beauty cream for 10 year olds. The mental gymnastics they must’ve done to think this is ok is quite astounding.

So great to hear Aussie men showcasing issues that have traditionally been seen as “women’s issues” (i.e. rape culture, menopause). Maybe an episode in 2024 re domestic violence, not women talking, but men talking about what they can do about the epidemic of violence against women.

Why ABC? 2 seemingly uninformed men interviewing the ‘world expert’ on menopause…Interviewers being very ‘pumped’ about interviewing the expert - cracking jokes, asking what HRT stands for, asking questions how do ‘people’ feel…Missed opportunity ABC.
