I miss the fasting content and information the ladies used to share. The new format feels more like a general health show than being focused on fasting.

Way too many ads
22 min into a 40 min episode and it still hasn’t started yet - it’s all been ads and product plugs. At least intersperse the ads throughout it so I can hear something helpful before giving up.
