Please vary the narration!
Good show so far: Interesting story, I want to hear more. I don’t mind the narrator’s vocal fry (gravelly sound). But it bothers me that every sentence sounds the same: starts out in a higher volume and gets increasingly quieter and lower pitch toward the end. It’s distracting. I wish one of the producers would tell the narrator to mix up the way she delivers the narration. I used to teach kids public speaking, and this is something we taught them not to do. I hope it changes, because I do want to continue to listen to the show, but it’s hard to pay attention to the narration when I’m focusing on how it’s delivered.

I can’t listen to it because I can’t stand the narrators voice. Please work on voice inflection… the way your voice declines at the end of every sentence into that scratchy half whisper is so hard to listen to. I really want to listen to this podcast!
