I had to turn this off after 2.5 episodes because not only is this podcast so devoid of facts, the skewed take just turned me off. This sounds less like an exploration of facts and more like the Ramsays media blitz. Disappointing to see the case presented in a way that does not explore any of the...Read full review »

This show really misses the mark in a few important ways, chief among them: it allows the “experts” to make assertions without any pushback or breakdown of the facts. For instance, at one point an expert says that the ransom note was conclusively proved to not have matched of the Ramsey’s...Read full review »

I learned a lot of new information. Thanks! My heart goes out to her family. This case feels so solvable.

The name “Jonbenet” is click bait. And these folks use it effectively. They present nothing new, they don’t advance the investigation at all, but they sell their ads. It’s just a rehash for bucks.

Too much money causes insanity as seen in these tragic clowns. It’s never too late to do the right thing but that’s not how the rich operate. They liken themselves to gods.

10 episodes with speculation nonsense until we finally hear an expert in episode 11 that knows what genius talking about. Rest can be skipped.

Why did u put that horrible screaming at the beginning of the 1st episode I hate screaming I was in the Minnesota mall shooting so all I heard was screams

If you’ve never studied, or even read about this case, this podcast gives some background. But nothing new is provided and honestly I find it troubling how they (including the family) commercialised this. In fact, I find it troubling and sad.

This is a great podcast. It's nice to hear about all of the evidence that was ignored and left out by the Boulder PD and the media. Lou Smit was amazing. It's a shame that the family is still blamed after all of these years. People want them to be guilty. It's sickening and sad. ...Read full review »

This podcast is biased from the first minute of episode one. Constantly stating things as fact when they are nothing but. No, patsy wasnt “ruled out” as writing the ransom note, no it was never “proven” that a stun gun was used, and it also wasn’t “proven” that the head injury came after the...Read full review »

I went into this a completely blank slate and sought out a podcast during a long road trip to understand the case. Not only does this podcast do a poor job at laying out the basic facts of the case, but it is possibly the most biased piece of media I’ve ever consumed. I understand wanting the...Read full review »

I do not know who killed the little girl. But this show needs to stick to the facts. It pushed hard toward an intruder and not the family. As a reporter or podcast author, you cant sway towards one side. I mean you can, but thats not fair reporting. Im not saying it was the family or not, idk,...Read full review »

There is so much out there on this case and this is by far the best version I’ve ever heard. I hope they find the person who did this before her dad passed. He deserves to have closure after a lifetime of this.
aahr12 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 09/30/23
Totally biased - yes, the police were inexperienced and made some clear mistakes (letting the crime scene become contaminated for one) but this just feels like a PR stunt to clear the Ramseys. Completely biased, non investigatory and a lot of waffle that is repeated. Avoid.

i listened to all the episodes because honestly i was curious as to what everyone would have to say here , but there’s so much bias and so much more that could have been said . so many suspects that literally make no goddamn sense . this could have been way shorter than it actually was . also i...Read full review »

Major funding for this podcast was provided by the John and Patsy Ramsey Innocence Project.

This podcast strays so far from the facts it’s actually insulting that they thought people would fall for it

Opinions are called facts in this podcast. Spreads bad info and bias ‘reports’.
Kissander via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 03/31/23
Very singular focus on the intruder theory, and little objective critique throughout. Alternative theories are debunked without evidence or false claims, such as that Patsy Ramsey’s handwriting didn’t match - even the Ramsey’s own handwriting expert didn’t rule Patsy out, and state handwriting...Read full review »

I learned a few new things. I had no idea John had received a heads up by one of his employees about the cops wanting to blame him for the murder of his daughter. I’m ok with hearing everyone’s experience and take on this crime, including the Ramsey family. In 2023, I find it shocking it’s still unsolved. Enjoyed listening to the interviews. I understand how sick people are but this is so sick but I am going to college to be a forensic scientist and I understand things like this happen but something about this case doesn’t sit right with me

Completely biased nonsense. No investigative podcasting, just blaming the police and diverting attention away from the actual criminals… THE RAMSEY FAMILY.

I have this 2 stars because it is produced well but so could not make it beyond episode 3. This show is so full of bias and conspiracies, none of which are evidence supported.
It's Me - Mom, Wife, Amanda via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 10/26/22
No balance or counter-argument. This podcast is a one-sided narrative of almost propaganda levels: there is no balance. No proposing of alternate views. Jonbenets father features so heavily throughout that I would wonder if this is a Ramsey-backed publicity stunt. This is not reporting.

Inaccurate content provided by cherry picked contestants an a Pro Ramsey game show.
Rozebudd03 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 10/02/22
This podcast is clearly biased in favor of the Ramsey’s. The “evidence” presented is presented so the Ramseys are presented favorable.

The only thing this podcast left me wondering exactly how much the Ramseys paid them to make it…it’s so incredibly biased. Let me save you some time…every episode is just “The Ramseys didn’t do it.” The research is half-baked at best. Seriously, skip it.
Sara Calvarese via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 05/24/22
The bias in this almost makes it unbearable to listen to. Instead of presenting facts you just listen to tapes of people saying the parents didn’t do it over and over. This podcast seems poorly researched. The facts that they do present only represent their theory. I could write 4 entire reviews...Read full review »

This was a great podcast! To all conspiracy theorists who are complaining that this podcast leaves out “evidence” of the family’s guilt…that’s because there was no evidence of their guilt!
