“I found this podcast after having gone through a traumatic break-up, where I was devestated. I desperately searched for answers in winning her back, or simply handling these torturous emotions and feelings. I stumbled across this, and nothing quite affected my outlook on the situation and my mental health as much as this. I listened to one episode on getting over a break up countless times before realizing she had 67 other episode, all of which are clear on their intention and focus on specific feelings and topics. I've listened to several of them multiple times. There are many so called experts and "Life coaches" that may have good intent, but help very little, not at all, or worse, they can actually set you back. With Dr. Lisa Marie Bobby's experience, research, and years of counselling as a marriage therapist, I knew I was listening to someone who has seen it all. There's comfort in that, and in her pleasent and soothing voice.
