Though the label is pretty old, the distillery is actually quite new. Since 2018, Preservation Distillery has focused on sourcing very unique stocks of whiskey and bottling it under their brands which include: Very Olde St. Nick, Pure Antique, Rare Perfection, and Wattie Boone.
