Your knowledge is invaluable and I’m super grateful to you for the way you break down the science/ research into an easily understandable format and for the tips. (I love the research/ science part btw!) You are such a gift! And I love the way you talk about your sponsors…. Fully appreciate they are needed but you aren’t pushy the way others are and therefore make me more inclined to look at them!
