I’m greatly appreciative of the 15 minute podcast length. While I understand this may be subject to change, I appreciate Matthew’s attempt to respect the time of the listener and conveying the points clearly and concisely instead of having to hunt through 2 hours of a conversation for the golden nuggets.

Already the first episode was so helpful. I’m struggling with my sleep, getting just a few hours a night. I want to get natural, consistent sleep without medication. I’m hoping this podcast will help me understand how to do that.
