From have been a tennis player to bodybuilder to a entrepreneur and family man ….everything he says is spot on from my experience. Charles Poliquen, ex Canadian Olympic strength coach told me a decade ago that for every hour sleep you get before 11 pm, it takes 2 hours to compensate for it after 11 pm. Live like a Monk essentially….the human body Loves a regular routine …regardless what we may want … IMO. Great actionable & useful information …Thank you !
