Sleep podcast
Having read your book which is groundbreaking I think a podcast can keep alive the advice I have already read, which makes it even more beneficial. I also think that some of the longer podcasts can loose people and in today’s world a short sharp input will be easier for many people to take on board, especially if trying to make changes in their lives.
