“I am not in the trade, but I have always loved eating meat. In the last few years I have developed a strong interest in meat and meat-related matters through my hobby in competition barbecue. I found this podcast in November and I have listened to every episode, finally getting caught up this week. In the process, I have learned so much that I had never thought of or considered. I love all the different formats of the show: the factual accounts of different stages of how meat gets to the consumer, the interviews, the deep philosophical/existential stories, the holiday-themed episodes, the Q&A, etc. You guys are doing a terrific job bringing your stories to meat-enthusiasts like me.
