Love the content, love the discussions, but I feel like she says way too much to get to the point. She repeats herself over and over again, and it just feels like too much. What could probably be said in one paragraph is said in five pages.

I just started listening to the episode about how to manifest anything you want - I cannot thank you enough for creating this episode! Thank you both for being so vulnerable, emotionally open, and for sharing your personal story. This episode made me feel so seen and understood 🫶🏾

I absolutely love Alua Arthur and have been shipping this interview for a while. Both of you have inspired me to take a look at becoming both a life coach and a death doula. I’m 58 and struggling to move into a chapter of my life where I feel like I belong. Thank you thank you thank you!

First episode I’ve listened to that I really didn’t like - Mel really just let him ramble on and on making absolutely no sense moving from one point to another and back again not to mention his voice was awful to listen to. He lost 80 million dollars ? Ok ? What does that have to do with...Read full review »

Mel! I’m a long time listener but haven’t been compelled to write a review until your episode on regretting your breast implants. Thank you for being brave and speaking truth to power! It was raw and honest and it exposed medical corruption and I LOVED it!

I read the book. Started the practice in the mirror by myself. Then out of habit started randomly high 5ing my coworkers who struggle to speak the main language in my country. These high 5s have now turned into hugs. When I was a teenager I thought high 5s were dumb. But, now I’m certain a...Read full review »

I’m a Michigander and happy that Mel’s journey began here. Her candor about her life lessons (both wins and fails) are what keep me connected. Her breadth of knowledge and experience run deep. If you’re a lifetime learner Mel is an excellent teacher. Signed - Student from the other side of the state

This is a great podcast but Mel you can go on rambling on one topic that could have been 5mins but you go on for 1hour. That is the biggest downside. Other than that I love listening to Mel. I consider her one of my mentors every week.
