A Leap 346 Days old—
346 days ago, I attended my first 5 Voices class with The Military Sherpa. I quickly realized that there was a large part of my life, that I hadn’t reflected or taken time to learn from- I just went through the motions of my military (and civilian) career without an opportunity to reflect and often on autopilot. The Military Sherpa (Mark Tilsher) began to unlock these hidden areas by providing “tools” to do the heavy lifting in my life. I began to see liberation in areas that were once unresolved, too messy or overly complicated. Since last February. I have attended tool-kit sessions, finished a certification class, and watched every episode I could on the Military Sherpa OS platform. These podcasts have been my greatest car companion, I have listened to many of these podcasts to disciple my own journey of self awareness. Its been an incredible journey and Mark continues to ask the tough questions and creates a safe place to navigate vulnerable topics— so whether you're actively serving, a military spouse, or someone interested in understanding military life, this podcast offers valuable insights and a genuine connection. Highly recommended for anyone seeking guidance and inspiration in navigating the challenges and triumphs of military life and beyond!Read full review »

I don’t usually write comments, but I agree that when people (leaders or followers) have a hard time communicating their intent, goals or even issues with their members...it causes an unpleasant environment that no...Read full review »

The amount of information, tools, videos etc. provided during the transforming team communication course is invaluable. As a First Sergeant, this material will make it 10 times easier for me to pour into my unit and local community. Thanks so much for doing the hard work for us.
