One of the biggest reasons for overeating is not drinking enough water. Water helps us feel full, manage our hunger cues more effectively, and stimulate our metabolism. An easy rule to follow is to drink a glass or two of water first thing in the morning.
Undereating throughout the day is a huge reason for overeating in the evenings at night. Focus on protein-rich foods and produce at breakfast and lunch. If your meal times are less than 500 calories, you need to add more to them in order to feel full and properly nourished.
