Each episode is value-driven conversation about how recruitment has changed and what it currently takes to be a successful recruiter. The host, Ben Shorter, has worked in the recruitment industry since he was 17 (in 2005). Having worked in every position within the industry, from resourcer, to billing manager to sales trainer, Ben is now the Director of Ex-Mil Recruitment and Be More Recruitment, and loves developing his team of high performing recruiters.
