I love listening to your podcasts but was horrified to hear the story of the lady whose son died following a motor accident due to the fact her insurance company would not cover the treatment he needed and his nursing home did not have x-ray facilities. I am so thankful that we have the NHS in...Read full review »

Loved how each speaker has their own style of saying their story. I have laughed, cried, and loved each story. I’ve never felt more connected to people from all over the world.

When I wake in the middle of the night and can’t get back to sleep, I need something to tune out the ruminations in my head. I just put in my earbuds and listen to some wonderful podcast. The Moth is one of my favorites. I stay in bed, with the lights off, and it’s akin to falling asleep...Read full review »

The moth is great! I enjoy listening to it while I clean dishes/the house. It is beautifully unedited and everything fits. It is really for everyone. It has a verity of stories that you may enjoy or not. Don’t just take it from me, try listening to an episode.

I absolutely love listening to The Moth. The stories can be hilarious, extremely moving and thought provoking. You can feel all these emotions listening to just one podcast. I LOVE THE MOTH! As the grammar police, I need to correct one mistake I hear the hosts make often. Books and movies are “titled”, NOT “entitled.” “Entitled” means “has the right”, and “titled” means it has a name. The princess wrote a speech titled “I Am Entitled to the Crown.”

So great I love listening with my mom. Most of the stories are awesome and I think the intro and ending music is very creative.

I love the Moth. It’s a great place to step outside our own narrow little worlds and recognise the humanity of people that may not look or love or worship like we do. Thank you for sharing these stories about ALL humanity.

Beautifully thought-provoking stories with an edge of honesty and realism that’s rare to find elsewhere. Be prepared to think, laugh, and cry, as you fall into the wonderful world of storytelling. So many of the storytellers are just narcissists that have been given a large platform to spread their self congratulatory nonsense. It also seems that there is less interest in the quality of a story and more interest in how diverse the demographic is. It’s great to want to include everyone but...Read full review »

Please get rid of the intro and outro music. It is so painful to listen to and I try my best to skip past it but sometimes I’m driving and can’t. Little gripe but it does cause me to skip this entirely and it’s on my weekly rotation...

I adore Your show, always my favorite podcast to listen to. It is so authentic and genuine - it can make me cry. But I must agree with the criticism about the music You choose for the intro and closing. I always spend that time trying to imagine why You thought this was the best representation...Read full review »

I’m at the point of unsubscribing to this podcast. Though the stories are good, the intro and outro music is so jarring, I can’t stand it anymore. Please change to some other music that goes a little better with the stories, most of which are deep, heart wrenching, funny or sad...but typically...Read full review »

Although heart-warming, funny, and a tad bit sad, I was disappointed by the show. It is deceptively named. I thought I was going to hear tips on avoiding bats and finding tasty wool and silk. Also, There wasn’t any discussion of lamps or avoiding candle flames. I’ll definitely avoid throwing a...Read full review »
